The Peran mediasi work engagement terhadap job satisfaction

Abstrak

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara variabel job crafting, perceived organizational support, dan work engagement terhadap job satisfaction dengan menggunakan work engagement sebagai variabel pemediasinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di direktorat penyehatan lingkungan, kementerian kesehatan republik Indonesia. Data diolah dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner melalui google-form, dan terkumpul sebanyak 127 responden, kemudian diolah menggunakan SEM-PLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian inimenunjukan bahwa variabel job crafting, perceived organizational support, dan work-life balance berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction, work engagement juga berhasil memediasi tiap variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya, dalam hal ini variabel job satisfaction. Dalam hal ini direktorat penyehatan lingkungan dapat lebih meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawainya dengan memberikan para pegawai ruang untuk mendesain ulang pekerjaannya. Dukungan organisasi juga terbukti sangat mempengaruhi kepuasan seseorang dalam pekerjaannya melalui keseimbangan beban bekerja dan kehidupan diluar pekerjaannya. Hal juga terbukti meningkatkan kepuasan kerja seorang pegawai, hal ini dikarenakan seorang pegawai tidak akan merasakan kelelahan dalam bekerja, dan kepuasan bekerjanya akan semakin meningkat.
