Abstract

In the digital era, marketing and presenting property information effectively is a challenge for Soreang Grande Residense. Promotions still rely on conventional methods such as print ads and brochures, which often fail to display property details interactively. This research aims to develop a property company profile website to improve marketing efficiency and market reach. The website is designed with a responsive interface that is compatible with various devices, and is equipped with photo galleries and interactive maps to provide a more immersive user experience. Development focuses on the front-end aspect to produce an attractive, intuitive, and easily updated design without back-end complexity. The results show that this website is able to increase property visibility, make it easier for potential buyers to access information, and has the potential to increase sales of Soreang Grande Residense.
