Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the fuel subsidized by the government, namely diesel and premium oil. Subsidized fuel is very much needed by the people in the Johan Pahlawan district, especially for fishermen and people who have low incomes. Premium fuel oil, especially those that are highly targeted or sought after by the public, this is because the price is quite much cheaper than other subsidized fuels. Questionnaires were distributed throughout the Sub-district of Johan Pahlawan, West Aceh. Sampling was carried out by considering the representativeness of respondents from each Kec.Johan Pahlawan, as many as 47 respondents in online media. This data was analyzed by using a quantitative approach, with the technique of collecting data according to the truth and then the data was processed, compiled and analyzed by the method of descriptive statistics. For the measurement of variables, service quality is measured using Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness,

Assurance and Empathy. (Parasuraman et al, 1988). The level of satisfaction of the people of Kec.Johan Pahlawan is grouped into three categories Low, Medium and High.
