This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. Data were collected by observation techniques, quetionnaires and interviews. Respondents of this study were all the households of the GBKP Tanjung Beringin’s congregation who met the requirements. The result of this research show that GBKP Tanjung Beringin needs economic empowerment. One way is to improve employee performance with good inter-line communication. Good internal communication can improve performance so as to achieve the expected goals.</em></p> <p><em>The purpose of this research is to find outthe effect of internal communication on the performance of functional service of the Javanese Klampok Christian Church, Banjarnegara Regency.</em></p> <p><em>The research results obtained were mostly male, 32 (52.5%), in the age category 36-45 years, 24 (39.3%) and functionary positions (commissions, committees, work teams) 40 (65, 6%). 52 (85.2%) good category downward communication, 53 (86.9%) good category upward communication, 54 (88.5%) good horizontal communication and 58 good category performance (95. 1%). BPJS. The type of research in this study uses quantitative analysis of descriptions. Jamsostek (Persero). These results indicate that the total assets tend to increase by 20 – 30%. Meanwhile, Loans as well as Cash and Cash equivalents tend to experience fluctuating increases and decreases. Though the loan is not very influential against cash and cash equivalents, the loan must be kept in mind because if the loan has been paid it will give a significant contribution to the availability of cash. From the results of this analysis it is known that the loan contributes 14.7% to Cash and Cash equivalents. Though it does not significantly affect Cash and Equivalent Cash, but the contribution of 14.7% is a sufficiently meaningful contribution for cash and equivalent available to PT. The samples taken by researchers in this study were 200 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling, namely a sample collection technique using certain criteria. The data used in this study is primary data, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The analytical tools used in this study are validity and </em><em>reliability tests with Cronbach's alpha, F test, coefficient of determination (R2). Multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (t test). The form of this research is quantitative research with the population being all shops that purchase with PT Bintang Putra Autoparts in Pontianak, totaling 131 shops. The method used was saturated sampling and collecting data through distributing questionnaires. This research uses the spss 26 program. Based on the results of simultaneous testing (F test) it shows that the variables of product quality, competitive price, service quality, and promotional attractiveness have a significant effect on resale decisions. This mapping method uses the Klassen Typology analysis technique with the result that provinces with large GRDP are DKI Jakarta, West Java, Java. Central, and East Java tend to have very high cases of COVID-19. This is because the area has a high population density, so there is a great potential for the spread of COVID-19 cases. Data were obtained from 75 respondents who took part in UMKM GKI Serpong. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis.
