STUDI IDLE RESOURCES DALAM KERANGKA PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI GEREJA DAN JEMAAT DI GBKP TANJUNG BERINGIN

This research aims to analyze the needs of the GBKP Tanjung Beringin for economic empowerment, analyze the congregation’s perception of the resources available at the GBKP Tanjung Beringin, and analyze the idle resources owned by the church and the congregation. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. Data were collected by observation techniques, quetionnaires and interviews. Respondents of this study were all the households of the GBKP Tanjung Beringin’s congregation who met the requirements. The result of this research show that GBKP Tanjung Beringin needs economic empowerment. In addition, the church and congregation of GBKP Tanjung Beringin have idle resources that can be utilized in an effort to empower the church and congregation’s economy.

THE INFLUENCE OF INTERNAL COMMUNICATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF FUNCTIONARY SERVICES OF THE CHRISTIAN CHURCHES OF JAVA KLAMPOK

One of the determining factors for the success of an organization is the performance and productivity of employees. One way is to improve employee performance with good inter-line communication. Good internal communication can improve performance so as to achieve the expected goals.

The purpose of this research is to find outthe effect of internal communication on the performance of functional service of the Javanese Klampok Christian Church, Banjarnegara Regency.

The research results obtained were mostly male, 32 (52.5%), in the age category 36-45 years, 24 (39.3%) and functionary positions (commissions, committees, work teams) 40 (65, 6%). 52 (85.2%) good category downward communication, 53 (86.9%) good category upward communication, 54 (88.5%) good horizontal communication and 58 good category performance (95. 1%). Downward communication obtained a p_value of 0.01, upward communication of a p_value of 0.00 and horizontal communication with a p_value of 0.00 for all variables ≤ 0.005.

The conclusion is that communication has a positive effect on the performance of the functional service of the Javanese Klampok Christian Church, Banjarnegara Regency.

ANALYSIS OF NETWORK RATES ACCESSED TO CASH

The research is aimed at identifying and analyzing the influence of payments on cash and cash equivalents in PT. BPJS. The type of research in this study uses quantitative analysis of descriptions. Jamsostek (Persero). These results indicate that the total assets tend to increase by 20 – 30%. Meanwhile, Loans as well as Cash and Cash equivalents tend to experience fluctuating increases and decreases. Though the loan is not very influential against cash and cash equivalents, the loan must be kept in mind because if the loan has been paid it will give a significant contribution to the availability of cash. From the results of this analysis it is known that the loan contributes 14.7% to Cash and Cash equivalents. Though it does not significantly affect Cash and Equivalent Cash, but the contribution of 14.7% is a sufficiently meaningful contribution for cash and equivalent available to PT. Jamsostek (Persero).

This study aims to examine the influence of emotional intelligence, quality of work life, and organizational commitment on employees' performance. This study employed a census approach, encompassing the complete existing employee population of PT. Bintang Indonesia, which consisted of a sample size of 39 employees. The dependent variable used is employee performance, while the independent variable used is emotional intelligence, quality of work life, and organizational commitment. The data was gathered by the administration of a questionnaire, and the acquired data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression approach with the use of SPSS 26. The data analysis technique used a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The present study's results indicate the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance, Quality of Work Life affects on employee performance, and organizational commitment affects on employee performance. The concurrent effect of emotional intelligence, quality of work life, and organizational commitment on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price perceptions, and service quality, on purchasing decisions (Studies at PT. Tirta Putra Devdantama). The population in this study is HEEN FOOD customers. The samples taken by researchers in this study were 200 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling, namely a sample collection technique using certain criteria. The data used in this study is primary data, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The analytical tools used in this study are validity and reliability tests with Cronbach's alpha, F test, coefficient of determination (R2). Multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price perceptions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while service quality has not had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

DEVELOPMENT OF PROACTIVE WORK BEHAVIOR: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Employees' proactive work behavior can influence the organization's future development. This study examines how research on proactive work behavior has evolved through a thorough systematic literature review. This review employed PRISMA, or preferred reporting items, for systematic reviews and meta-analyses with the Watase Uake tools. The systematic literature review was conducted in three stages: planning, conducting, and reporting. The review results showed that the development of proactive work behavior in 2018–2024 indexed by Scopus was highest in 2023, reaching fifty articles. Research on proactive work behavior has grown rapidly over the past decade, with underlying theories such as attribution theory, work design theory, social exchange theory, broaden-and-build theory, job demand resources theory, socialization resource theory, social cognitive theory, self-determination theory, conservation of resources theory, relational identification theory, theory of organizational socialization, self-construal theory, trait activation theory, and self-regulatory theory. Proactive work behavior has a great chance of being published in the world's leading journals.

This research aims to find out the reasons why Repsol engine oil sales turnover has not been achieved over the last 5 years, and how the company has made efforts to increase the decision to resell to PT Bintang Putra Autoparts in Pontianak. The form of this research is quantitative research with the population being all shops that purchase with PT Bintang Putra Autoparts in Pontianak, totaling 131 shops. The method used was saturated sampling and collecting data through distributing questionnaires. This research uses the spss 26 program. Based on the results of simultaneous testing (F test) it shows that the variables of product quality, competitive price, service quality, and promotional attractiveness have a significant effect on resale decisions. Partial test results (t test) show that product quality, competitive prices, service quality and promotional attractiveness have a significant effect on resale decisions.

DESCRIPTIVE STUDY OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 IN THE CONNECTION WITH SECTORAL INCOME IN INDONESIA

The purpose of this study is to describe and map 34 provinces in Indonesia based on the number of positive cases of COVID-19 and sectoral income in 2020. This mapping method uses the Klassen Typology analysis technique with the result that provinces with large GRDP are DKI Jakarta, West Java, Java. Central, and East Java tend to have very high cases of COVID-19. This is because the area has a high population density, so there is a great potential for the spread of COVID-19 cases. Vice versa, provinces that have below-average GRDP tend to have a low number of positive COVID-19 cases because they have a low population density, so the potential for the spread of COVID-19 cases is very low.

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and competence on the interest in entrepreneurship of GKI Serpong congregation members during a pandemic. This study uses a quantitative research approach with survey methods. The variables used are motivation, competence, and their influence on the interest in entrepreneurship. Data were obtained from 75 respondents who took part in UMKM GKI Serpong. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it is known that the motivation variable does not affect the entrepreneurial interest of GKI Serpong members, while the competency variable influences the interest in entrepreneurship.
