Abstract

In today's era, the speed of getting information accurately, efficiently and precisely has a very important role in all fields. The same thing happened to the building rental information system. The YPPP-SU building is a building owned by an organization in North Sumatra. The current building rental for badminton courts and conventional events still has to come to the building. Processing of transaction and scheduling data is still carried out by recording every tenant who will use the building. Therefore the YPPP-SU building requires a web-based system that can solve data processing and reservation problems to make it easier for administrators and prospective customers. Research methodology Research and development (R&D). The system development method uses Waterfall. Strategic approach to customers Customer Relationship Management. In this case the Apriori algorithm for processing transactions. The conclusion of this study is, The importance of building an effective and efficient building rental information system for YPPP-SU, The combination of a customer approach with the Customer Relationship Management method and the application of the Apriori algorithm can help increase operational efficiency and effectiveness in buildings, With a good building rental information system, YPPP-SU can provide better service to customers and increase customer satisfaction.
