Abstract

Very rapid progress in the field of technology, especially computer information technology, encourages the emergence of innovations in presenting information to meet information needs, including in this era of the COVID-19 pandemic. As technology advances, the need to manage services more quickly and easily becomes a new need today. A good network must have quality services provided to users. When you want to build a network, you must take into account Quality of Service (QoS). QoS is a method used to measure how well a network service is. The QoS parameters used are throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter according to the TIPHON standard. The results of the Quality of Service (QoS) measurement on the hotspot network of the Shanti Bhuana Institute can be seen that the throughput is "2152K", packet loss is "0.9%", the delay is "27,000487ms", and jitter is "27,0221415ms". So it can be concluded that the quality of the hotspot network at the Shanti Bhuana Institute according to the TIPHON standard is in the "Very Good" category.
