TANTANGAN GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH DALAM ADAPTASI PANDEMI COVID 19
Abstract
Pandemi Covid 19 berdampak besar bagi dunia pendidikan. Perubahan sistem pembelajaran akan mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran. Pendidik di SDN PENELEH 1 SURABAYA merasakan kendala fasilitas penunjang pembelajaran online. Di masa pandemi COVID 19, keterbatasan internet dan alat komunikasi menjadi persoalan tersendiri dalam pendidikan anak negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengajaran, metode, hambatan dan solusi untuk memecahkan masalah selama pandemi covid 19. Penelitian dilakukan melalui metode kualitatif dan melibatkan tiga guru sekolah dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan pencatatan. Menggunakan triangulasi sumber untuk menguji keabsahan data Subyek penelitian adalah tiga orang pendidik dari SDN PENELEH 1 SURABAYA. Analisis data mencakup tiga aliran aktivitas simultan, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasannya adalah kurangnya jangkauan jaringan smartphone, internet, TV dan radio, keterbatasan bahan ajar, jarak dari rumah siswa, disiplin siswa, keterbatasan dan keterbatasan waktu bagi orang tua untuk menemani anaknya belajar. Strategi pemecahan masalah guru meliputi penerapan blended learning, membuat kelompok belajar, mengunjungi siswa secara teratur, bekerja sama dengan orang tua, menyesuaikan rencana pembelajaran, mengoptimalkan media elektronik, dan menggunakan media kreatif. Oleh karena itu, kemampuan memecahkan masalah sangat penting bagi pendidik.
