Peer Review Process

ELIa upholds high standards of review through a double-blind process. In the process, the identities of the authors and reviewers are kept confidential. Peer review is carried out anonymously without knowing each other's identities. This method also aims to avoid bias and ensure objective assessment.
1. Stage 1: Evaluation by the Editorial Team
When you submit an article to an ELIa journal, the journal editor will decide whether the journal complies with the article writing guidelines, literary style, as well as focus and scope. At this stage, the editor can immediately reject your article or continue it at the next stage.

2. Stage 2: Peer Review
In this second stage, accepted articles will enter the review stage. The editor will send your article to researchers or academics who are experts in your field. Then, the editor asks the reviewer to read and provide an evaluation to improve your article so that it is suitable for publication.

3. Stage 3: Revise and Re-upload
After going through stages one and two, the article will be returned to you for revision. And then you can upload the revised article back to the ELIa journal.
