The purpose of this research is to analyze Psychological Well-Being, Job Satisfaction, Managerial Characteristics (Manager's Trust and Support), Work Characteristics (Work Autonomy) and Job Performance among employees in a Television Company in South Jakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 256 employees, the sample collection method was purposive sampling. The instrument test was carried out in the form of validity and reliability tests and used simple linear regression to test the hypothesis. The results obtained from this study indicate that Psychological Well-Being has a positive effect on Job Performance. The implication of television companies and managers making a more in-depth training activities on work related in respective fields of bank employees to build knowledge, skills or processes within an organization to maintain or improve performance based on their experience
