Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Spiritual Leadership, Transformational Leadership, terhadap Happiness at Work. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan 61 karyawan Bank Persero Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uji instrumen menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Spiritual Leadership dan Transformational Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Happiness at Work. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini adalah diharapkan para pemimpin di organisasi menerapkan Spiritual Leadership, agar para karyawan menjadi lebih bahagia di tempat kerja
