PENGARUH INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP, WORK SATISFACTION TERHADAP WORK ENGAGEMENT PADA KARYAWAN YANG BEKERJA SECARA ONLINE

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis inclusive leadership, work statisfaction, dan work engagement pada karyawan yang sedang bekerja secara online di berbagai industry di jabodetabek. Pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling, dengan teknik snowball pada 67 karyawan yang bekerja secara online melalui penyebaran kuestioner yang dibagikan secara online melalui google form. Pertayaan terdiri dari 30 butir diadaptasi dari indikator pada setiap variabel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan merupakan metode regresi berganda dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan jika inclusive leadership dan work statisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap work engagement yang dapat diterapkan oleh perusahaan sehinggga karyawan dapat memberikan kinerja yang semakin baik untuk perusahaan.
